1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Saylyt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Saylyt. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Post spam, offensive content, or hate speech
  • Share explicit, violent, or illegal content
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code

5. Content Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you post, share, or upload through the App.
  • License to Us: By posting content, you grant Saylyt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
  • Removal: You can delete your content at any time. We will remove it from our servers within a reasonable period.

6. Third-Party Services

Saylyt relies on third-party services including Firebase (Google), Cloudinary, Agora, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or security of these third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Saylyt name, logo, app design, and code are the intellectual property of Saylyt. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Saylyt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
